Cisco is complicit in genocide.

Cisco - the world's largest networking company and official BDS target - provides and maintains the technological infrastructure for the apartheid state of Israel.

Cisco supplies critical hardware and communication systems for Israel's military operations. This includes networking and server products, support services, and communications software like Webex. Its work is also deeply embedded in Israel's Palestinian surveillance projects, not to mention its long history of investment in the Israeli tech ecosystem. For more detail, see Cisco's Complicity Profile.

The company continues to work with Israel despite its well-documented violations of international law, including apartheid practices, war crimes, and full-scale genocide. Leadership has flatly ignored calls from human rights groups for Cisco to terminate its Israeli contracts as well as an open letter from thousands of employees demanding the company abide by its own Human Rights Policy and Code of Business Conduct. View our journey for change on B2H's timeline.

Bridge to Humanity (B2H) is an organization of current and former Cisco employees holding Cisco accountable for its complicity in Israeli war crimes. It was formed in early 2024 in response to the company's unqualified support for Israel despite its flagrant violations of international law.

Join the Movement - Stop Cisco Complicity in Genocide and ICE Raids

The Open Letter

We reiterate the demands as stated in the Open Letter (inter alia halt the provision of Cisco tech to the IOF, disclose Cisco's business with Israel and all business on occupied lands, update employee and matching funds policies) and additionally demand the below.

  • Immediate third-party human rights impact assessment: Cisco reviewed its own ties with Israel and cleared itself based on an internal investigation. Under international law, Cisco is required to engage a third party.
  • End ICE complicity: Cisco must fully disclose all past and present dealings with ICE, immediately stop the supply of all products and services that are enabling ICE's unlawful activity, and disclose any technology that cannot be decommissioned.
  • Protect employees and reinstate B2H: Cisco must immediately reinstate the B2H Webex and Sharepoint, and engage a third party to address the rampant white supremacy creating a hostile work environment. We have the right to organize for our mutual protection and benefit and we have the right to safety within our workplace. Cisco must engage a trauma informed professional to conduct immediate unconscious bias and Palestine sensitivity training and update its Inclusive Language Policy to prohibit Islamophobic and discriminatory terms.
