Cisco Employee Pledge for Humanity

Employees have the power to drive change. Uniting in our pledge to withhold our labor sends a powerful message to Cisco's customers, partners, and investors that the ELT's commitment to genocide profiteering and illegal activity has jeopardized Cisco's most important resource, our talent. Cisco is a risky, unreliable vendor and investment, and it's Cisco's customers, partners, and investors who must compel Cisco's executives and Board to end the company's complicity in war crimes.

Profit should never come at the expense of our humanity. This pledge is our declaration: we will no longer be complicit in our own exploitation. We reject the weaponization of our labor for the purpose of genocide profiteering, mass surveillance, and illegal activities.
