About Bridge to Humanity
Who We Are
We are Bridge to Humanity (B2H), an organization of current and former Cisco employees holding Cisco accountable for its complicity in Israeli war crimes. We formed in early 2024 in response to the company's complicity in the ongoing genocide of Palestinians.
As employees and ex-employees of Cisco, we believe the company must abide by its own Human Rights Policy and Code of Business Conduct. We refuse to remain silent while our employer provides the technological infrastructure that enables apartheid and genocide.
Our Name
The name "Bridge to Humanity" is a reference to Cisco's Bridge to Possible branding campaign.

With this messaging, the company clearly prides itself on its ability to help their customers reach new heights. But such pride is unmerited when it disregards any value for human life, to the point that Cisco now aids and abets a genocide. Our goal is to put the humanity back in Cisco, no matter how long that bridge takes to build.
Our Mission
We are committed to:
- Demanding Cisco immediately halt the provision of technology to the Israeli military
- Pushing for full disclosure of Cisco's business with Israel and all business on occupied lands
- Advocating for third-party human rights impact assessments
- Ending Cisco's complicity in ICE operations and immigration enforcement
- Protecting employees' right to organize and speak out against corporate complicity
